Gluten Free Sensations
Zucchini Granola Chocolate Chips Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Sensations French Vanilla Almond Granola
  • 2 Cups shredded zucchini 
  • 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 3/4 Cups Gluten Free Sensations Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in mixing bowl
  3. Add Gluten Free Sensations Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, and Gluten Free Sensations Granola
  4. After mixture is creamy add zucchini
  5. Stir in chips
  6. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment paper
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
  8. Let cool
