|  | Gluten Free Sensations
Zucchini Granola Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/3 Cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp vanilla powder
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Sensations French Vanilla Almond Granola
- 2 Cups shredded zucchini
- 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 3/4 Cups Gluten Free Sensations Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in mixing bowl
- Add Gluten Free Sensations Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, and Gluten Free Sensations Granola
- After mixture is creamy add zucchini
- Stir in chips
- Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment paper
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
- Let cool
