We will ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us as we are working as quickly as possible to get product to you! We are no longer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and there are a few locations that UPS deems to be "remote" and they charge a large fee for delivery. If this happens, we will contact you to see if you would like to pay the fee. If not, it's not a big deal. We understand and will send a refund.
We primarily use UPS to ship. Occasionally we use USPS. When we use USPS to ship, they will most likely deliver to your mailbox or PO box. They generally do NOT deliver directly to your front door. This means you need to check your mailbox. We cannot honor refund requests simply because USPS did not deliver directly to your door. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email with every single order. Use this tracking number to follow your shipment so you know when it arrives and please, check your mailbox.
