Shipping Details for all Website, Amazon and Etsy Orders
THANKSGIVING INFORMATION
We cannot ship the week of Thanksgiving. All orders will ship the week of December 2nd.
We can only ship to the following states on Mondays: Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii. Our product needs to arrive to you by Saturday. If you live in one of these states and you order after midnight (EST) on Sunday, we cannot guarantee that your order will go out on Monday, but we will do our best! We will continue to fill orders until UPS arrives on Monday.
We ship to all other states on Mondays AND Tuesdays. We use UPS and USPS to ship all orders through our website, Amazon and Etsy. If your order gets delayed and you do not receive it by Saturday please contact us and we will re-ship it the following Monday.
When we use USPS to ship, they will most likely deliver to your mailbox or PO box. They generally do NOT deliver directly to your front door. This means you need to check your mailbox. We cannot honor refund requests simply because USPS did not deliver directly to your door. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email with every single order. Use this tracking number to follow your shipment so you know when it arrives and please, check your mailbox.
UPS/USPS will arrive at our bakery any time between 8:30 and 3:00 EST on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will continue to fill orders on Tuesdays until they arrive. If your order comes through after UPS has come on Tuesday, it will be held and filled the following Monday.
Our product is designed to thaw during shipping and will arrive to you at outside temperature. This is normal and expected. As such, when your product arrives in temperatures above 80 degrees, you may see some condensation inside the bag. This is normal. Simply pop the product in the freezer. When you pull it out, the condensation will have frozen and will be easy to wipe away. Then follow the instructions enclosed in the package and ENJOY!
